Thursday, February 20, 2020, 0015-0045, 1710 am (Local time 7:15-7:45pm) Male voice quickly repeating the letter "W" over and over. Faded in to s5 and out to nil during a drive through northern Montgomery County, Maryland. No sign of WQFG689.

The last time I heard the "W" station on 1710 was on 31 July 2018 at 2:00pm local time while driving the Capital Beltway (I-495) in Northern Virginia; but it was a female voice then.
