Since BIN is an iHeart operation, it is highly unlikely that it would push any buttons, or as you say, put "more fuel on the fire." When I was DXing in West Virginia the first week of August, I heard BIN on one of their first affiliates (I think WBIN 640 Atlanta) and it was more-or-less typical talk radio, filled with a lot of iHeart self-advertising for podcasts, etc. BIN is supposed to be providing the news for iHeart's urban format music stations as well.
