Format change: WUST 1120 Washington DC and WQLL 1370 Baltimore MD

8/31, 1225, 1120am. Speech by President Obama. 1404, ID "WUST Washington" and spots advertising "the power of information." Parallel WQLL 1370 Baltimore MD. Speech by Michelle Obama at 1408. The stations are stunting with a loop of speeches this morning. As reported in the local radio press, WUST and WQLL have been gobbled up by iHeart, and are now running the syndicated "Black Information Network" format. WUST, formerly a multilingual religious station, is Class D, 50KW daytime only, 3KW critical hours. WQLL was formerly classic hits "Q1370" and is a Class B, 50KW daytime, 24KW nighttime. Just a few days ago, WQLL upgraded its facilities (or turned up the power) and was heard here for the first time in many months.
