      due to storms, @0015 heavy metal tune, apparently off

3/20, 0038, 4185/U; Rock, SSTV (woman...someone on HFU chat said
      it is Lynda Carter), CW ID into more hard rock. Program of
      different genres of rock with many SSTV & waterfall images

MIX RADIO INT’L

3/25, *0144:14-0200+, 6885/U; Slid down from 6890 where it was
      & continued with the same show, including Mix Radio Int’l
      IDs at :47 & :57. Still going as I turned it off to do
      the TipSheet & review the recording! 4554+4+ Not sure WHY
      they slid down in frequency! From an IQ recording while I
      was having some family time. --Zichi MI
3/25, 0046-0144:14*, 6890/U; Environmental pop stuff & IDs
      REALLY wide (& nice sounding!) bandwidth/modulation. @0144
      they took about 2 seconds to slide down in frequency,
      which looked like this in the waterfall:

MYSTERY SCIENCE RADIO

3/20, 0059, 6935/U; program with a wide variety of music
      (jazz, novelty, rock, theater organ, etc.), frequent
      ID’s. Many SSTV & waterfall images including several
      pictures of women, “Damn Skippy”, deadhead with
      wrenches for bones, etc. Signal was variable over
      time from almost good to very poor (Taylor – WI)
3/20, 0108, 6935/U; on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair/
      poor S5 to S7 signal, heard male speaking followed by
      a version of Popeye the sailor man that I've never
      heard before, announcer said "Mystery Science Radio" &
      gave an email address I couldn't copy, @0117 SSTV/FAX

SYCKO RADIO

3/25, *0048-0144, 6935/U; Zeke cussing on a loop & mention of
      Sycko Radio & beat box loops etc., into various other
      strange bits like The Muppets "Martians discover Radio"
      bit from Sesame Street @0129 (It's a classic!) & other
      less identifiable stuff. 353+3+3 kinda weak. They mostly
      faded out. From an IQ recording while I was having some

WFDR

3/19, 2254, 6920/U; on Barrington Hills IL sdr with S5 to S7
      signal, dramatic storyline with music, sounds like the
      old KIPM from many years ago. (Hassig-IL)
3/19, 2306-2330*, 6920/U; DR speech mentioning that he was
      talking on a "sabbath evening" in 1940 (fireside chat?
      It was long!) talking about war preparedness, belying
      the 'common wisdom that war caught FDR by surprise. He
      bragged much about 'a few of the many things accom-
      plished' since 1933 when his administration came into
      office & how bad things were at that point & how much
      better it was in 1940. He also reported on how important
      that the 'offensive' to make social improvements (like
      Social Security & old age pensions, etc.) must continue.
      "There is nothing out present emergency to justify' cut-
      ting social progress, emphasising that these changes
      have helped strengthen society and made us more resis-
      tant to the bad things that happened in Europe. Abruptly
      cut FDR audio, a brief snippet of something else then off
      4+554+4+ a 'knock your socks off' signal! --Zichi MI
3/19, 2308, 6920/U; FDR giving a speech about military hardware,
      reference to 1940 (out of the room a while) social welfare,
      economy, federal security, "5th columnists", abruptly off
      mid sentence. Moved to 6950 USB. (Someone else claimed
      6920.) When I got there at 2347 it was a continuation of
      6920U speech by FDR, Pause, 0006 "WFDR...Goodnight." Off
      Both frequencies were good.  (Taylor – WI)
3/19-20, *2344-0003, 6915/U; Radio speech from Columbus Day
      for all of the Americas talking about how all the people
      in the Americas are willingto 'fight appeasement' etc.
      According to HFU there was an ID just after I gave up &
      tuned away! --Zichi MI
3/19-20, 2345, 6915/U; on Barrington Hills IL sdr, good S9+10
      signal, more FDR speeches about the war, @0006 announce-
      ment "W F D R, good night". Thanks for the bit of history

3/19, 2139, 15100/AM?; Josiah’s distinctive voice at QRN level
      (Frodge-MI)
3/20, 1958, 15100; anti-christ pirate Station YHWH, Josiah with
      his usual rants, S8/S9 into a VE6JY KiwiSDR in Alberta,
      SAM showing minus 12 Hz = 15099.988. Tnx to WOR iog tip
      from Chris Smolinski who was barely hearing him in Mary-
      land at 1952. YHWH was also active on 15100 the daytimes
      of March 16 & 19, but I missed those. This time I hasten
      after 2000 to perform TDOA, using three sites in western
      N America. Eventually they agree that YHWH is in the
      Salem, Oregon area. I withhold the `probable` coordinates
      which are unlikely to be precise anyway. Perhaps some
      DXer around there could track him further with a ground-
      wave signal. But one reply [www.hfunderground.com]
      board/index.php/topic,94655.0.html says he seems local in
      the northern Mojave desert, California. Still on at 2008
      & at 2014 I check 15100 direct to find a JBA signal; left
      on via VE6JY in the background, Days of Hard Life theme-
      song at 2025, a bit more talk and soon off. Or was it
      2035 in my original logscribble (Glenn Hauser, OK)

ZEEKY

3/25, 0046-0141:25*, 0145-0146, 6928/U; Tuned into a rant about
      how bad FM radio is, then 'welcome to 1980s Eric Clapton'
      into some good music (I happen to agree with him about
      this one!) like Anything for Your Love & Bad Love, both
      from Clapton's Journeyman album. At :59 complaining about
      the dude 'complaining' about him on 6935 telling him 'if
      you have a problem with me why don't you email me instead
      of the silliness' (I cleaned that up) then Rush Closer to
      the Heart @0101, continuing on with the music & chatter.
      @0111 he said "anyway, Pirate (maybe Pyro?) Radio, Zeke
      on the Mike”, ranting about Russians with billion dollar
      yachts, etc. into more music like Dire Straits, Sultans
      of Swing. etc. Rather muffled microphone audio, but the
      music sounded good. 3+5443+ Back briefly 0145-0146 w/
      chatter. From an IQ recording while I was having some
      family time --Zichi MI [Who is NOT Zeeky.]

      who have been harassing him on the internet. Music, Closer

      over music (a comment on music pirates?); 2322+ Zeeky

      cold war 'nuclear war preparedness' PSA on how to pre-
