      signal & on Normal IL sdr @0210 with fair/poor S7 to S9
      signal, heard woman singing then @0212 song Red rubber
      ball, Ballsmacker ID with bowling ball sound. (Hassig-IL)
1/15, 0215, 4030/AM; ID, several songs; I was testing different
      antennas, so was not paying full attention. Circle Game at
      one point with ID shortly thereafter. Different parts of
      the program were better or worse depending on the antenna
      used. (Taylor – WI)

CLEAR TALK RADIO:

1/15, 0017, 6900/L; on Normal IL sdr, fair S5-S7 signal, hear
      old song My sweet lord by one of the former beatles, @0021
      reggae music, much dead air with room noise, @0025 woman
      saying "welcome to (??) radio", @0029 tuned in locally
      with S9 to S9+10 signal over S9 neighborhood noise, @0041
      woman finally gave slow & clearly enunciated ID as "Clear
      Talk Radio". (Hassig-IL)
1/15, 0140, 6900/L; Music, ID by synth YL given twice, another
     song, same ID sequence. Doing other things, so listened
     off & on until s/off @0149. Fair (Taylor – WI)

CLEVER NAME RADIO:

1/19, 2235-2300, 6900/L; @2245 or so Vocals. (Good signal, 30 dB
      over the noise, Hunsicker, PA)

DRINKING RUM RADIO:

1/15, 0058-0111+, 6956.7/U; Punk rock; ID @0109:48 mentioning
      Outhouse Radio. SIO=3+53 (Frodge-MI)
1/15, 0115, 6956.67/U; Music, 0118 ID, more music, 0221 ID over
     music.  Fair to poor (Taylor – WI)

LUCKY 13:

1/16, 2230-2330+, 6925/U;. Started weak in central Kentucky then
      greatly improved. Started out with music by Steve Miller &
      others, and seemed to transition over to jazz. ID by OM &
      by SSTV. At one point said "An Outhouse Radio non-produc-
      tion". (Gay-KY)

RADIO FREE WHATEVER:

1/16, 2052-2054:11*, 6955/U; DJ Dick Weed talking about music
      storage problems; said he think the band is fading, not
      here! Said he would retune to 4 MHz. SIO=3+54 Nothing on
      4 MHz @2159 (Frodge-MI)
1/16, 2109-2205+, 4185/U; Music & IDs with tunes I can't say I'm
      familiar with like Reproductive by Shamir followed at :25
      by talking about his reproductive system being compromised
      by too much exposure to RF. Also played Fixing Motorcycles
      by Chime School & Bethel Woods by Midlake. (Obscure Rock is
      the best I can do.) Also lots of IDs & occasional banter--
      way better than just "Music & ID"! 44443+ --Zichi MI
1/16, 2151-2153+, 4185/U; DJ Dick Weed with rock & recap; took
      phone call on the Bunker Hot Line from Red Hat of XFM.

1/15, 2212, 6930/U; Atmospheric instrumental music, moved to
      6935U to escape peskies; 2242, rock music, 2244 ID, more
      rock music, 2250 ID, 2257 Series of ID's, SSTV, 2 ID's
      off. Poor improving to fair (Taylor – WI)
1/16, 0034, 6950/U; on Normal IL sdr, S3 to S5 signal over S3
      noise level, hear "art rock" from 1970's, @0037 switched
      to Barrington Hills IL sdr with S7 to S9 signal, some
      selective fading, still playing "art rock", @0045 SSTV/FAX
      then woman giving ID as "Snow Dog Radio". (Hassig-IL)
1/16, 0055, 6950/U; Rock music, 0100 ID over music which con-
      tinues. Poor (Taylor – WI)
 
WEZL:

1/15, 1548-1610+, 6925/U; Huge signal in central Kentucky.
      Instr’l music by Tangerine Dream. Had a recording of
      WWV underneath the music for awhile. Sent several
      SSTV (not decoded here). ID by CW. (Gay-KY) 
1/15, 1645-1704, 6925/U; SSTV @1700 & 1702, followed by CW.
      Vocals & instr’ls  (Fair signal, 15 dB over the noise,
      Hunsicker, PA)

WOLVERINE RADIO:

1/16, 0105, 4015/U; on Normal IL sdr, fair/poor S5 to S7 signal
      with some selective fading, song When you're smiling then
      It's a wonderful world, wide variety of tunes with the word
      "world" in them, @0201 echo ID then SSTV/FAX, thanks for
      the program. (Hassig-IL)
1/16, 0130, 4015/U; Started out on 6935 USB "Testing 1,2,3...Can
      anybody hear me?" IS, ID, I'm sitting on top of the world,
      When your smiling the whole world smiles with you, (missed
      song,) ID, (missed song), Wonderful World, 5 O'clock world,
      My world is empty without you, World of pain (Cream), into
      a program of "world" themed songs with an ID every 3rd or
      4th song, echo ID, SSTV (Earth as seen from the moon with
      “Wolverine Radio”), off (Taylor – WI)
1/16, 0151-0203*, 4015/U Wolverine Radio with a "world" themed
      show w/ID @0153 & songs such as Dire Straits’ One World,
      BB King & Dr John's There Must be a Better World Somewhere
      & John Mayer's Waiting On The World To Change (one of the
      better tunes released this century!) ID & SSTV @0201.

      REALLY nice modulation (as always), especially if opened
      up to 4200-4400 kHz bandwidth & fun tunes too! 3+5444

      Right, Won't You Tell Me Your Name, That Smell.  Maybe an
      ID @0217 (Good signal, 30 dB over the noise, Hunsicker, PA)
1/15, 2104-2109*, 6950/U; Radio Berlin Int’l Interval Signal
      repeated throughout, but never resolved into anything else.
      THIS however sure brought back memories! I would have loved
      to hear them replay some RBI programming! 444 with occasio-
      nal 'crocodile' QRM & digital beepage, but not really mes-
      sing with things too much. Rather strong! --Zichi MI
1/16, 0151-0231*, 4029.98/U: music & no-ID station playing
      Frank Zappa  tunes like Cocaine Decisions, Dirty Love,
      etc. No ID heard but one HFU reporter said he thought he
      heard one 'earlier' (before 0157). 35443+ a titch noisy.

1/16, 0714, 6920.0/AM; S6-S8 rock music w/heavy bass. Extremely
      unusual for a N American pirate to be on so late; & I had
      not heard any on this band during `prime` Saturday evening
      time. No reports in HF Underground, except this unrelated?
      7 hours later on 6920.6 with various IDs including Partial
      India Radio, Pirate Radio Boston, Captain Ganja, Radio

Ron Hunsicker: Nippy in the northeast. A time when I wish that
I had a picture of a dog instead of a dog.

Harold Frodge: Presumed China Nat’l Radio has been showing up
on 6865 regularly lately during 2200, presumably jamming
Sound of Hope Taiwan.
