6955 USB PIRATE (No. Am.) Outhouse Radio, 2340, 10/3/21. Digital signal, blues into program of more blues, rock and some SSTV. Distracted by other things and didn’t follow closely. Fair. (Taylor – WI)
5955 USB PIRATE (No. Am.) Unidentified (later identified as Outhouse Radio per HF Underground), 0056, 10/10/21. SSTV (students in a classroom with flag in front reciting something (speech bubble illegible.), man talking about Ron Johnson (Wisconsin Senator) favorably and ranting about there not being an FDA approved vaccine, SSTV (same image). Took a break 0112 until 0115 then same man with vaccine talk and apparent call in, repetitious tune then tones, SSTV (didn’t decode,) rock, SSTV (dog with some illegible words,) began a fade out and was gone by 0130.
