      I bailed. The stupidest thing about this is I listened

8/15, 0205, 6925/U; Music with some SSTV (unable to decode
      here, but HF Underground showed KDOG ID’s), Op says
      “I think I’m gonna go. Woof, woof.”  SSTV, “Born in
      the USA,” 2 SSTV, digital signal (maybe Easypal), off.
      Fair. 3 “meows” right after KDOG went off which might
      not have been part of the program. We laughed hard.

      parking lot with free WIFI. Gotta love it – Outhouse
      Radio...“ (poor decode here; most text from Refmo’s
      decode); signal faded down, then suddenly popped back
      up @0157. SSTV (woman looking concerned at her laptop
      “Laptop battery getting low.  Outhouse Radio”; another

      wonder what’s up with the ‘microphonaphobia’? playing

8/13, 1510, 9630; "Josiah" doing his usual religious pirate
      clandestine thing on 31 meters this morning for a change.
      His carrier peaks at S5 here but the modulation is very

8/9, 0004, 6931/U; KIND; Mellow Rock quick few words by Zeeky
      into similar mellow rock, looped few words, another bal-
      lad into a variety of music with looped comments by
      Zeeky between songs, eventually some talk and an ID.

      be, but I've never heard an ID in these daytime transmis-

** NETHERLANDS [non]. 7780 // 5800, UT Sat Aug 14 at 0200-0259,
again this week via both WRMI frequencies, the Texas Radio SW
relay of Europirate, Free Radio Service Holland. Frenetic DJ
during the hour, recounting history of station with constant
music mostly in background rather than complete tunes; heavily
produced IDs, liners. Altho could hear direct, both frequencies
noisy so listening via Maryland remote to 7780. This week it`s
as weak as usual on the NE antenna rather than seeming NW last
week for Cupid Radio.

0207 FRSH ID, MoodyBlues; started Aug 31, 1980 with 10 watts
on 6250; 0209 fragments of Deep Purple, Smoke in the Water;
0215 about raids in 1983. 0218 specific ID for this on WRMI
5800 [only: they don`t know about 7780 either]. Covering 4
decades of history; QSL from FRS@FRSHolland.nl or a P O Box in
Herten; or see website [frsholland.nl] where 9 different
QSLs are available? Many many are illustrated over the years,
apparently including incoming ones from listeners. 0221
announcement in German, one of FRSH` three languages. 0228
Chris Watson mentioned; tribute to someone who is late, Joop?
something. 0238 WRMI 5800 ID, contact info again. 0243 says
they produce 4 to 6 broadcasts per year. 0259 switch to YROT
theme of TRSW, Zanotti ID.

BTW, I reminded the WOR iog of this FRSH broadcast at 0129,
and during this week`s WOR 2099 which also aired just before
it at 0130 on 9395 (Glenn Hauser, OK)

COMMENTARIOS

MARK TAYLOR: Had an enjoyable evening at a local county park
which is pleasantly electrically quiet (as well as physically
quiet) with a couple of Tecsun portables. We managed to pull
in all the 8/15/21 pirates from this trip.  Nice little
mini-DXpedition.

BRAM STOKER: Pirate radio today is boring, unimaginative, and
not worth listening to.
