7/4, 0107-0115, 6960am. S9 + 20 dB! Music, and an ID. Found the broadcast when I had decided to stop listening. (55454, Hunsicker, PA)

7/10, 0058, 6960am. On with familiar piano IS, 0100 ID with bowling pins dropping Sfx into “Who’ll stop the rain” and a program of pop music with frequent ID’s. Fair. (Taylor-WI)

7/10, 0100, 6960am. Music, Games People Play by The Spinners, ID "This is the Ball Smacker 6960 AM." Very good signal. (Will-MD)

** The Beginning

7/4, 1909, 6965am. Pop 40 music by Vengaboys and Starstylers. Deep fades, occasionally very good at 33 dBu. At 1941 check, ID "You are tuned to the beginning on the shortwave and FM bands" and into a spacey prog song, Stars Are the Light by Moon Duo. 30 DBu, very good signal, great AM sound. (Will-MD)

** Damn Skippy

7/4, 0132, 6930usb. On Normal IL sdr, weak signal but weaker on Barrington Hills IL sdr, hear some kind of angry punk metal tune. (Hassig-IL)

7/4, 0134, 6930usb. Contemporary dance music, many SSTV’s about guns, women, women with guns, and how to properly use the term “Jack shit,” along with an explanation of the use. Off 0251. Good. (Taylor-WI)

** Goat Herder Radio

7/3, 0109, 6935usb. On Normal IL sdr, weak but clear signal with some QRM, country-rock tunes, including "Ruby", at 0133 two Joni Mitchel tunes with improving signal, at 0137 announcement saying Goat Herder Radio then saying goodbye with what sounds like another Joni Mitchel tune. (Hassig-IL)

7/3, 0011, 6935usb. Zeeky playing hard rock and talking about radio conditions, waiting to do a “big blowout show for the 4th of July”, etc. Fair. (There was an SSTV of a curvy woman in a corset from the back sent over the end of a song and during some of Zeeky talking, although I’m not sure it was part of his program.) (Taylor-WI)

7/3, 2226-2230+, 6935usb. Rock ditty & Zeeky chatter. SIO=3+53 peaks (Frodge-MI)

7/3, 2255, 6935usb. On Normal IL sdr, good signal, hear old timey C&W music, at 2258 fired up Kenwood R-2000 fed by 7mhz backyard dipole and barely hear it under S9 neighborhood noise, at 2302 DJ said UFO's are real then said he might be on tomorrow, played Frank Sinatra "I got the world on a string" and "I get a kick out of you", then played bluegrass music, off at 2317utc. ** Ion Radio

7/4, 2157, 6870am. ID, "India Oscar November This is Ion Radio" and into Springsteen's Born In the USA. 40 dBu, very good signal. (Will-MD)

** KAT

7/10, 0040, 6925usb. Hard rock into a variety of rock with Zeeky talking about whatever was on his mind at the moment, giving an ID and “Eye of the Kat” slogan into a program of various music he picked and rambling talk between songs with periodic ID’s. Poor-fair. (Taylor-WI)

7/10, 0100, 6925usb. KAT (Zeeky). Dramatic music, very good signal, s30+. (Will-MD)

** Mix Radio International

7/10, 0154, 12065usb. Light contemporary music, 0158 synth woman’s voice ID over music, another similar song then 0202 into a relay of Cool AM Radio (European produced program) with co produced ID’s. Still going at 0300 check. Fair. (Taylor-WI)

7/6, 0058, 6975am. Contemporary light instrumental music, indistinct talk and sounds until at 0117 a clear ID into similar music. Mostly poor with occasional fair peaks. (Taylor-WI)

Tuned in on both Normal IL sdr and Barrington Hills IL sdr, weak but clear signal on both, hear what can only be described as country metal music, SSTV/FAX at 2217 followed by more of the same type of music, many old British heavy metal tunes by Black Sabath, at 2231 SSTV/FAX, alternating tunes and SSTV/FAX throughout broadcast, at 2259 the Doors "this is the end" which was featured in "Apocalypse now". 7/4, 2250, 6925usb. Hard rock with some Doors (50th anniversary of Jim Morrison’s death), SSTV (cartoon, startled cat “WTF is this … WTF is that,” OM announcer “God Dammit Leeroy”); Easypal (missed it,) waterfall image (outhouse with Radio tower out the chimney “Outhouse Radio,”) off. (Taylor-WI)

7/10, 0025, 6930usb. Tuned into the end of an SSTV, atmospheric music-poor signal until sudden increase to fair at 0040 with guitar rock, SSTV (2 eyes in B&W), more similar music, SSTV (“Found my spirit plant” with a cactus giving the finger “Outhouse Radio,”) off. (Taylor-WI)

7/6, 0140, 6950usb. Attempted to listen to a barely audible signal at 0046 then gave up with serious storm QRN. Tried again at 0140 with contemporary instrumental music, ID shortly after t/in then into similar genre music, 0152 clear ID and gmail address, instrumental music (familiar), “Electric Avenue.” Poor to fair with significant QRN from a big electric storm Northeast of my location. 7/7, 2304-2313+, 6925usb. Weird music & screaming; 2309 “Seeing the world through the eyes & ears of a person with schizophrenia illness who has not taken his pills...”; many voice IDs! SIO=353+ Not the typical, so common nowadays, music & ID station. (Frodge-MI)

7/2, 0209-0216+, 6930usb. Electro-pop music. SIO=454 (Frodge-MI)

7/3, 0410-0417+, 6930am. Rock music mainly at QRN level w/brief uppeaks to SIO=3+43 w/warble QRM (Frodge-MI)

7/3, 0127, 6925.3am. Program mostly just above static floor so hard to hear-music including some telephone tones, bit of talk. I was out of the room and came back about 0140 to a country song, maybe boogie woogie, 50’s rock n’ roll, psychedelic rock, live introduction of a song, into what probably was a documentary about a band. 7/3, 0210, 6933am. Strange program with a variety of music including atmospheric, guitar rock, “Blue suede shoes,” and frequently a very distorted voice. Only occasional words were comprehensible to me “residents of planet Earth … even planet 4, etc. 0302 few distorted words, time pips, roaring noise, off. Poor-fair signal. Might have been “Message From Mars” but the voice was so distorted that combined with less than stellar conditions, it made the message unintelligible. (Taylor-WI)

6/27, 0345, 7475am. In progress at tune-in, the usual monologue, Josiah and the anti-Christ Yahweh or the highway lecture, going off just a cupla minutes afterward-F/G (Barton-AZ)

6/28, 0325, 7475am. In progress at tune-in. Josiah Elias, trashing the "homosexual Catholic church", but also with some new monologue. Heard on large analogue portable and indoor antenna (but freq. verified by nearby digital dial). Minor oopsie, announced YHWH would go off after playing Days of Hard Life, but went off anyway, w/o playing the song (0418)-Very Good (Barton-AZ)

6/30, 0315, 7475am. In progress at tune-in. Josiah Elias, typical anti-Catholic, + USA, flag, nationalist jingoism and war monologue, Ten Commandments bit at 0330 and again at 0430. Days of Hard Life at 0453 then suddenly cut off mid-song-Fair/Good (Barton-AZ)

** Zeeky/Skunk House Network

7/4, 1651, 6931usb. Zeeky from the "Skunk House Network" monitoring his signal on a remote SDR with delay. Talks about "bad radio conditions" and then announces "The American Show" and into music by the Cowsills. 23 dBu. (Will-MD)
