An ID Radio, 12/15, 0052-0109*, 6920usb. Via a recording, the program opened with music and closed with an ID. In between a recording of the news on Thursday December 14. Cardboard sales, FED policies, Putin, and the cost of in-flight entertainment. 2800 Hz. Sharing the channel with a nasty bit of local noise! (35353, Hunsicker, PA)

12/13, 2155-2237*, 6930usb. Via a recording, a program in progress. A reading of comments by Whittaker Chambers after appearing in front of the HUAAC. Said to be a live broadcast, but I recollect listening to this reading in a prior program. ID at the end of the program. 3000 Hz fit. (45443, Hunsicker, PA)

12/14, 2056-2326*d, 6960am. Via a recording, a program in progress. Unusable due to a weak signal. Signal distorted after 2115, until 2243, when the signal was too weak to be listenable. Early, 10,000 Hz seems right, but later, 6,000 sounded better. IDs at 2202 (just understandable) and 2326 by a YL. (15341, Hunsicker, PA)

12/13, 2041-2117*, 6944.6am. Via a recording, a program in progress with Techno music, then a mixed choir. Lots of talk in GG and GG-accented EE. Choir singing rock tunes in a formal way. 18,000 Hz audio bandwidth. (55454, Hunsicker, PA)

Stern Radio, 12/14, 2056-2117*, 6946.5am. Via a recording a program in progress with a man and a woman commenting as part of a song. IDs in EE and GG at 2101 with email address in both languages. Martial music at 2113, followed by a Winston Churchill quotation. 16,000 Hz fit nicely. (55454, Hunsicker, PA)

WFDR

12/08 & 12/09, 2248-2111*, 6910usb. Via a recording, a program in progress. A recording of the broadcast of FDR’s request to Congress to declare war with Japan. 3000 Hz fit. Operator was careful to note that this broadcast was from the real WFDR, not the imposter that sends verifications for online reports. (Hunsicker, PA)

12/13, 2210-2320, 6955usb. Via a recording, the program started with a man singing a ballad. Reception was not great—it was often “unusable.” Seemed to be a relay of another program. A mix of genres—Rap, Blues, Rock, Swing. “This is a wrap” at 2307, then several IDs at 2308 and the programming resumed. Either off or faded into the ether at about 2320. (25332, Hunsicker, PA)

Drifted up from 6934.50 to 6934.60 during the broadcast. Returned on 6934.8, 2209 with 'Siren Song 1' - Vincent Bruley, Indistinct OM, pulsing repeated beat (not sure if song or xmtr. problem), 2215 into clear song (signal drifted down to 6934.6), 'Speicherbar - Add One, 'Masochist II" - Die Form, 'Worlock (LP Mix)' - Skinny Puppy, 'Eventide' - Claire Voyant, 'Nsk' - Laibach, off. Barely audible throughout. 0146 'Well (Live)' - Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band, faded down and into some rustic singing and OM talking (maybe comedy) - can't tell topic, dropped out … 0208 fade up in AM w/ 'Wild Life' - Capt. 6950U UnId, 0123, 12.9.23. 'Merry Christmas, Baby' - Joe Bonamassa, 'Merry Christmas, Baby' - a blues version (no ID from Shazam), 'Please Come Home For Christmas' - Bon Jovi, 0130, fade out. Fair, although noisy. (Taylor – WI)

Unidentified, 12/08 & 12/09, 2300-0003*, 6920usb. Via a recording, the program began with a short burst of music, then a woman talking. A news report from Thursday, 7 December. First, news articles, followed by two in-depth reports: Instagram algorithms promote pornographic activity and the CPI. Closed with a child’s voice which said 1) ?????????, 2) This is not ????????
