6960 USB WDOG, 0105, 9.11.23. WDOG playing George Harrison from different eras of his career including Beatles. Music included 'My Sweet Lord', 'Don't let me wait too long', 'It Don't Come Easy (Rough Mix)', 'You', 'Crackerbox Palace', 'What is Life' (w/ dog howl over intro.) Bits of talk by Harrison between songs along with periodic dog howls, barks, etc. over and between songs. Several IDs. Fair to good. Heard on Chris Smolinski's Kiwi SDR & 120' T2FD, Westminster, Md. 09/13 & 14, 2329-0007, 6025am. A program in progress. Two men talking about pirate radio, who then tell the audience that they were about to launch their station. Music, some talk, CW at 2343, and more Rock/Pop music. ID at 2356. Later, the noise level increased, and the signal strength dropped, and I pulled the plug. (45443, Hunsicker, PA)

09/12, 0216-0233*, 6875usb. Via a recoding, a program in progress. Pop music at 11,000 Hz bandwidth. Waterfall images at 0229 with “MRI” and a bat. (45454, Hunsicker, PA)

Mystery Science Radio

09/09, 2325-2350, 6938usb. Cherokee Jack with some pop music and the Movie Bob Show. Played theme music from B-movies of the 1960’s, 1970’s, and 1980’s. 3000 Hz was good. Stopped listening because of nasty local thunderstorm. (35343, Hunsicker, PA)

Pirate Radio Alien

Per HFU), 2325-2359, 6950usb. Via a recording, a program that was in progress and which was very faint. Mostly not quite there or unusable. SSTV in Robot 36 at 2357 included the word “MAD” in the Mad Magazine type font. Was it over at 2359? Who knows? (Hunsicker, PA)

09/13 & 14, 2315-0007, 6950usb. Via a recording, a program in progress. Dick bought a $7 Chinese breathalyzer and was trying to get it to work with Dollar Store batteries. It was not going well. 4000 Hz sounded good. (35454, Hunsicker, PA)

6930 am, 9-10-23, 0101 utc on Traverse City MI sdr with fair/poor S9 to S9+20 signal, parts of the infamous Orson Wells "war of the worlds" broadcast along with seal barking. (Hassig-IL)

6975 usb, 9-10-23, 0007 utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair/poor S9 signal, swing music, Wolverine ID, slow dance tune, at 0010 switched to Traverse City MI sdr with fair/good S9+20 to S9+30 signal, at 0015 Hank Williams "I just don't like this kind of livin'," many nice tunes with the word "living" in them, at 0056½ echo ID then SSTV/FAX, thanks for the nice program.
