12/10, 0208, 6935/AM: on Barrington Hills IL sdr with weak
      noisy S5 to S7 signal, said B-side Radio, announced
      tune as 1959 tune The happy organ by Dave "baby" Cortez,
      nice variety of instrumental tunes from 1950's & 1960’s;
      @0224 switched to Traverse City MI sdr with same weak
      signal, tried several other sdr's in usa and Canada to
      no avail. (Hassig-IL)

CAPTAIN MORGAN SW:

12/12, 0155, 6924/AM; on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair S7
      to S9 signal, blues & urban contemporary music sung by
      woman, some deep fading, switched to Traverse City MI
      sdr with fair S9 to S9+20 signal, distorted audio, blues
      tune sung by man, Capt Morgan ID, song: 1 scotch 1 bour-
      bon 1 beer, switched back to Barrington Hills IL sdr
      @0212 due to deep fade, end of tune, Capt Morgan ID then

GOAT HERD RADIO:

12/10, 2212, 6930/U (6930?); 2212 Techno music with pauses
       between songs. 2228 abrupt fade out. Back, @2244 with
       Techno. Eventually an Easypal send of a goat face.

RADIO FREE WHATEVER:

12/10, 2153, 6950/U; Produced ID, Damn I wish I was your lover,
      Methyl Ethel, DJDW talking about playing some unusual
      “Christmasy” music from time to time” during the show &
      into one, This could be Christmas, The So So Glos. DJDW
      had problems with both his transmitter & the ionosphere
      cooperating & was off & on several times. Went down to
      4185 USB where I heard him @0011 where Condx was better.
      Lost him about 0030.  He tried a while longer however
      wasn’t heard here again. (Taylor – WI)
12/10, 2307, 6950/U; on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair S5
      to S9 signal, music then DJ Dick Weed making announce-
      ment, more soft pop music after a pause. (Hassig-IL)

      signal, song: Eye of the tiger, Sycho Radio ID, Curt

THUNDER CHICKEN RADIO:

12/9, 2143, 6950/U; Series of songs by Joe Walsh including
      Wrecking Ball:, Family & India, SSTV (Black T shirt
      held up with horror figure pointing “You my friend
      should have been SWOLLOWED.” 2333 guitar solo live
      recording, “Ha ha ha, cluck, cluck, cluck” SSTV (T
      shirt “Stay calm and Thunder Chicken”), a live recor-
      ding of Free ride into several other live recordings
      then several songs by Blue Oyster Cult.  Good

      to S9+20 signal, heavy metal with long guitar riff from
      concert, @2239 SSTV/FAX, old in concert familiar heavy
      metal tune I don't recall name of, @2254 SSTV/FAX, more
      in concert heavy metal, @2322 SSTV/FAX, signal down to
      S9+, @2328 DJ gave shout out to somebody in Costa Rica,
      @2336 said "blasting out of the barnyard, Thunder Chicken
      radio", @2345 signal back to S9+20 at times, @2356 signal

      2322.7 more music, no voice announcements heard but not
      listening continually; 2345 still going; 2358.7 DJ closing
      Thunder Chicken but playing one more tune, Always Look on
      the Bright Side of Life by Monty Python until 2402.6* with

12/11, 0130, 4015/U; Ice, winter theme including Cold Blue
      Steel & Sweet Fire - Joni Mitchell; 0204 echo ID,
      SSTV (Man standing in part of an ice formation or
      sculpture with "Wolverine Radio"), off (Taylor – WI)
12/11, 0106, 4015/U; on Traverse City Mi with fair/good S9
      to S9+20 signal, s-on with "testing 1 2 3 can anybody
      hear me", big band & swing tunes, song: But baby it's
      cold outside, Hank Williams: Cold cold heart, a nice
      program of songs with the word "cold" in them, @0204

COMMENTARIOS

Almost nothing but music pirates...again. I see posts where
apparently an op will get on, run an SSTV or two and get off.
Pirate radio has reached a new low.
