      hood noise caused by several neighbor's uverse service

8/27, 2359, 6960; Several Grand Funk Railroad songs in a row
      with ID’s & DJ chat between each song, including expla-
      nation of playing Grand Funk Railroad into a program of
      Oldies with DJ continuity between songs.  Dog howls &
      barks periodically over songs. Started poor & improved

9/2, 0223-0326*, 6925/U; Magic Man, Blinded by the Light, Love
      is a Feeling, Homeroom Angel. Oddly the music was 35454,
      but the announcers voice was unusable--there was a sort
      of stuttering of each syllable--sort of a putt-putt-putt.
      Sounded best at 3000Hz. ID @0229 & 0321. Promised to be

8/26, 2322, 6910/AM; on Brookfield WI sdr with weak S7 signal,
      barely heard Stevie Wonder with “Light My Fire (Hassig-IL)
8/26, 2334-2349*, 6910/AM; QRM on 6913 created a mess. Listened
      in LSB to cut out interference & once interference was
      gone back to AM. Angel in the Morning, Listen to the Rain,
      others. 3000Hz best in sideband; 5400Hz in AM. (25353LSB,

YHWH:

8/28, 0305, 7475/AM; In progress at tune-in, Josiah Elias with
      familiar themes, but different wording, indicating new
      material.  Still hating on "the 1/2 man 1/2 god alien
      being" "the hideous Christian religion"... & "the notori-
      ous Catholic church". Began to get fadey around 0344.
      Signal finally came back up during Days of Hard Life
      replay a little bf 0410, closing ann & off at 0413 with
      an "I love you, good night, folks”.  Good Barton-AZ

      The Hawk” ID, 0118 CarShield ad. Sounds in a barrel like
      mike picking up speaker elsewhere in the room, not a
      patch & // 97.7 KHRK Hennessey but funxioning as an Enid
      market outlet relatively newly to block another DX chen-
      nel. That’s the third one this local CB pirate has been
      caught relaying, after KOFM 103.1 & KVBN-LP 99.9. Random
      chex since my last report July 29 had not found any more
      activity until now & when I doubt there be any skip for
