X-mas Part #15 TX still on-air, sort of... Mobile FM's?

That dude a mile up the road from me, whom goes balls-out for X-mas yard lights, still has his Part #15 X-mas tunage station on-air at 101.3FM, even well after X-mas. This week though, station still on-air, but all dead-air. Huh... And, try this... Drive around with your car stereo on 87.9FM, and you may hear several stations come-in with various formats. That will happen if you are bored at a supermarket parking lot. Folks will be driving around, RX'ing XM / Sirius satellite radio, and dumping audio to a mini FM Part #15 TX. You may hear 3, or more, stations coming in and out just parked and listening to a normally empty 87.9FM FREQ.
