"P" Kaliningrad, Russia on 8494

Heard both yesterday & tonight on 8494 during 2200.

This is only the 2nd tim I've heard a beacon on 8494.

Both "D" Odessa & "S" Severomosk are coming in on 13527
both days during 2200.

"P" on 8494 has been there during 2200 the past several days.
