7/19, 1815, 930am, WFMD Frederick MD. Hannity continues to beat the dead horse with detailed blather on the Comey McCabe Rosenstein dossier for at least the thousandth time since 2016.

7/19, 1836, 9330am, WBCQ. World's Last Chance broadcast. Yuh-hoo-shoo-uh. "The entire universe can observe the sinfulness of sin," whatever that means.

7/19, 1838, 7255usb. Very poor audio, some kind of church thing? Wooshing interference, part of the source audio? Someone with an open mic who has the television on in the background? Jammer? On past 1848. Very odd.

7/20, 2135, 7490am, WBCQ. Remnants Ministry clown talking demon possession, mentions Ya-shoo-uh, berating clergy, Yah-wuh. Pentacost, Christmas, Easter, they're all unclean dogmas! Remnants Ministry hosts hate everyone.

7/21, 1311, 106.3fm, W292FR Frederick MD (WARK 1490 repeater). Itchy dog? Low budget phone-in commercial for something called "Dino Vite."

Katherine the crank says 54 percent of American children have chronic disease, vaccines are bad, it's all a conspiracy by drug companies, there's a bio-credit card conspiracy, "AI-managed software systems through the cloud" is slavery, and fight the nanobot vaccine with scripture, prayer, and divine guidance. Uh huh.

7/21, 1352, 15140am, Radio Habana Cuba. Horribly mangled and distorted talk barely distinguishable as Spanish, with spurblobs above and below.

7/23, 1301, 105.1fm, WAVA Washington DC. Preacher spouting off about "political economic Babylon" somehow related to "the 144 thousand," presumably a reference to the Book of Revelations.

7/23, 1455, 88.3fm, WZXQ Chambersburg PA. More license abuse from a so-called non-commercial station. "Positive uplifting Word FM" ID and into a commercial for a restaurant in Carlisle.

7/23, 1455, 94.3fm, WLZV Buckland VA (presumed). Religipop music, lyric "Lord let me burn for you again." Yipe! Thankfully, faded out quickly.

7/23, 1506, 9330am, WBCQ. Preaching in English instead of the usual weirdo apologetics. The speaker sounds like one of the British-accented hosts on other World's Last Chance shows.

7/23, 2000, 13630am, China Radio International (presumed). Some kind of radio drama in English, woman narrating in an echo chamber, dramatic medical operation. Tried to figure out what the hell this was all about, but gave up after a few minutes. Rather banal program, must be CRI.

7/24, 1832, 930am, WFMD Frederick MD. Todd Herman subbing for Rush Limbag says that China is funding Marxist demonstrations in the US. Caller repeats the tired "all lives matter" trope.

7/24, 1848, 12160am, WWCR. Host says Fauci is "using the numbers" to "gaslight" us.

7/25, 0043, 7490am, WBCQ. After actually talking about radio and the station for a while, Allan and Angela Weiner devolve into hurtful and extreme right wing politics, so we must tune out. Parallel 5130 and 6160.

7/25, 1350, 890am, WFKJ Cashtown PA. Creationism for children! Children's show with a man talking to a fish, who has the same voice as the man but is garbled up to be a cartoon voice. Topic is intelligent design and anti-evolution. Where have I heard this guy before? Shortly later, we learn that this is "Storybook room" with "Uncle Bob." I remember first coming across this very old program from a feature on WFMU's blog in 2007, where they include a recording of an old "Uncle Bob" tape: [blog.wfmu.org] On 890, ID at the top of the hour includes a plug for the station's owner, Jesus Is Lord Ministries International, that they says is seven miles west of Gettysburg on Route 30. Into an "Adventures In Odyssey" kids religious indoctrination show.

7/25, 1404, 7490am, WWCR. One of the Remnants Ministry nuts is on again with Old Testament babble. Refers to the Book of Hadassah, which he says is wrongly referred to as Esther, and how this relates to what is happening today. He says he's "live on the date of five four" so I assume that this is a repeat broadcast from May. But no! He says that today's date is not 7/23! According to the scripture, the date is five four. 7/23 is based on witchcraft and idolatry! The month is named for a demon -- Saturn! Yah-wuh-shew-uh! These man-made religions are not clean! They will cause you to be defiled and polluted! Today's preachers are all polluted by idolatry and mysticism! You have been bewitched! Not only does the speaker hate everyone, he is obviously psychotic and delusional.

7/26, 1442, 104.5fm, W283DG Sterling VA. Commercial for some kind of eye woo. Aha, it's an infomercial for Village Green Apothecary in Bethesda, Maryland. Several commercials in a row for this place, advertising health supplements and all kinds of dubious products, and into an extended faux talk show advertising even more woo. Parallel WFED AM 1500 Washington DC. This station usually runs a "federal talk" format, that is, boring content that's only interesting to federal bureaucrats.

7/26, 1526, 9475am, WTWW. Scriptures for Amerikkka broadcast. Colonel Old Crank says "I'm not an expert, but..." then proceeds to tell the listener all about various conspiracies and treason being committed by UNESCO, secular humanism, and the one world government. He continues pining for the good ol' days and says he's sick and tired of these dual loyalists in government (that is, those who support Israel) at the expense of the United States. Compromise is bad, authoritarianism is good. More thinly veiled antisemitism and racism followed.

7/26, 1558, 17815am, WHRI. Preaching, cut suddenly in mid-rant with a note that this content comes from Paisley, Virginia, apparently something called "Thy Word Is Truth." Note: Any company or program with the word "truth" in their name is almost certainly not truthful. At 1600, ID for WHRI Cypress Creek and into Terry Blalock with the Full Gospel (half) Hour.

7/26, 1639, 890am, WFKJ Cashtown PA. Interview with a pastor who says he's dedicated his life to helping people overcome "sexual addiction." Shares an anecdote that hotel staff love when pastors' conferences show up in town because their pornography pay-per-view revenues increase dramatically! Later on he says that the porn industry is using the COVID-19 pandemic to offer free porn subscriptions to men.

7/26, 1822, 12160am, WWCR. The off-key woman singer and her musical monstrosities program is back again. This time we hear that her name is Martha Reed Garvin and she is from Oak Park, Illinois. Jane is gardening nearby and for amusement I crank up the volume on the PL-880 to see how long it will take her to make some not-so-flattering comments about Martha's singing. It took only about 30 seconds for Jane to yell out "Ewwwww! That woman can't sing!"

7/27, 1207, 680am, WCBM Baltimore MD. Caller says overwhelming force, up to and including the US military, must be used to stop protests. The hosts laugh along with him.

7/27, 1234, 7490am, WWCR. Black cabalists and activists aligned with the Democratic Party hate the black people. They steal money and let the black people die. The Boule (pronounced "boo-lay") conspiracy is the black "skull and bones." The civil rights movement was a scam. So says Randy Short, a disturbed conspiracy theorist who thinks that this Boule thing traces back to "degenerate African rulers," then proceeds to toss ad hominem insults at black female members of Congress. He's also pro-Trump, of course! The bio-weapon is true! Nancy Pelosi is a "tramp!" WAKE UP!

7/28, 1218, 980am, WTEM Washington DC. Break in sportzzz talk to a commercial starting with the disclaimer "Is it just another scam product?" No, it's "Viagra on steroids." Of course, this is a commercial for some kind of scam penis pills.

7/28, 1315, 7490am, WWCR. Host says society is being "psychologically reconstructed" and that we should be very wary of the government. He also says that the military predicts that the government will collapse in 2030.

7/28, 1334, 680am, WCBM Baltimore MD. Commercial for penis pills by "my mens clinic," says "the first appointment costs only 149!"

7/29, 1040, 107.5fm, WNNT Warsaw VA. Excellent tropospheric ducting conditions this morning are bringing some seldom heard stations, including this one that IDs as "river country 107-5." In between endless commercial blocks, some guy with an exaggerated "Larry the cable guy" redneck accent is doing a satire bit on reports that Ellen Degeneres runs a hostile workplace. Face it, he says, everybody hates their job and boss and that's the way it is and get used to it and stop whining about it. Ends the humorous bit with "WAKE UP, 'Merica!"

7/29, 1102, 4840am, WWCR. The Moan and Groan Hour from Brother Scare's Sedated Sycophants, featuring inaudible, incoherent and unintelligible chanting, and of course, moaning and groaning. Also on 5890, 7780, 9395 and 9455.

7/29, 1105, 5935am, WWCR. Preacher doing an Old Testament story says God killed about 50,000 people "just to make a point," something having to do with the Ark of the Covenant.

7/29, 1252, 94.1fm, WQZK Keyser WV. Commercial targeting men facing divorce, "if you don't take it seriously, she will take you to the cleaners." Station ID, "94-1 QZK."

7/29, 1905, 98.3fm, WKSI Stephens City VA. No top 40 or endless iHeart radio commercials from "Kiss 98-3" this afternoon, only a big open carrier. Still going with dead air at 1911, 1928, 1935, and 1945 checks...

7/29, 1937, 780am, WAVA Washington DC. A station with a "religious" format doing a nutty right wing political talk show. Sebastian Gorka is on with a guest who is talking about "SEO rankings" and whining that Breitbart's ratings have tanked on Google and their "internet ratings" are down by two thirds since March. It's a conspiracy! Woops, Google must have heard them, because their net feed cut out. There was a brief period of dead air, and when the audio came back it was all messed up and garbled, with Sebastian doing a commercial on top of his talking for a while. Gotta love the technical excellence of radio stations in the Salem Radio Network.

7/29, 2335, 7490am, WBCQ. Incredible kook rants from an (apparently Canadian) man and woman on a show called "Just Right." COVID-19 conspiracy theories. Torture and coercion is COVID-19 policy. Social distancing and mask wearing is all about submission, a component of torture. Stazi contact tracing and sock puppet armies enforcing mass torture of everyone. Vaccines may have tracking chips in them and are torture. THEY DID IT. Coercion is torture. This is being done for the benefit of corporate interests and NGOs. Our neighbors are being turned into Gestapo agents and informants to torture us. This is all a plot employing torture on us to make us submissive and compliant. You must watch the Censored video on Breitbart of the "Tea Patriot Party"-funded quack group called "America's Frontline Doctors." They censored this video to torture us... This radio show should actually be called "Just Wrong."

7/30, 1150, 4840am, WWCR. Brother Scare hypocritically says "don't join a church," conveniently forgetting that he runs a cult compound disguised as a church in South Carolina. Then he starts talking about Jezebel and says that if you give him a radio report he will send you a book called "Jezebel" for free if you ask.

7/31, 1609, 15575, Unid. Loud, buzzy, crackly, FM-ish spur blobs, program appeared to a Christian preacher in English. The interference covered about 15510 to 15620 and loudest in the middle of this region at about 15575. No carrier heard. Not parallel with the sideband preacher on WJHR 15555usb. Definitely not Brother Scare, and I was unable to match this transmission with any other station active on the medium wave or shortwave band. None of the bands were doing particularly well today so I don't think this was a receiver image. The buzzblob was still there at 1830 check, with what appeared to be a religious program for children. Gone at 2205 check.

7/31, 2229, 1560am, WFME New York mixing with an unidentified sports talk program, possibly WLZR Melbourne FL. WFME is Family Radio, distinctive for their staid religious talk and church choral music. Talk about the Stanley Cup with a choral church music background was probably the most surreal listening experience in the past month.
