Severomosk, Russia "S" beacon

On 13527.5 at 20:21...seems to be drifting upfreq lately.

"And now for something completely different."
940 CFVN Montreal is off...has been for a couple of weeks.

"S" is back on 13527.0 at 20:21 2/5 & stronger than usual.

And...940 CFVN is still off.
