Jet Blue Flightcom Net on 8825 USB

Working only Jet Blue flights at 21:28 with fuel & location info.

Per a pilot friend, this is usually a private outfit used by airlines for inflight communications
when the flight is out of range of VHF ATCs.

Regular New York Radio ATC there at 14:36 11/20.
