1560 questions from the Big Silence

Back in February of 2015, when WQEW was changing over to WFME and the frequency was clear for ten days, I heard a bunch of stations and a few IDs that I still haven't figured out. Maybe someone here can help?


Feb 23, 1800EST: News and weather report and the Plains Radio Network. Searched for the PRN name and found nothing.


Feb 25, 1730EST: News and weather, then at 1735 resumed the John Henry talk show. Found nothing via Google about the PRN.
