Radio Corsair - 1710, 10/22, 0040+

Ambient, trance, dance music pretty much non-stop with killer S9 +30db signal on peaks. At one point I heard a M voice saying something over the music but I couldn't pull it out. Fades out completely between peaks. Hudson Cty HAR audible weakly in the background AND another music station with foreign language vocals.

0125Z: M with several clear IDs as Radio Corsair indicating that they were about to leave the air, then into more music by Windows 96.

America needs a sense of humor...
