unID - 1390, 04/21, most of the afternoon

They run Bloomberg Radio on Sundays (at least), and the signal got fairly good around local sunset, but every time they did a local ID they faded to unreadable.

The NRC log shows nobody carrying Bloomberg. Any ideas?

America needs a sense of humor...
