Although I'm not claiming it (yet), I have come to the conclusion that my conservative talker IS Bakersfield, CA, KNZR. Not only have I heard right-wing phone talk, I've heard mention of 97.7 on several occasions - and both fit. There's nobody else on 1560 kHz with a 97.7 FM, and nobody else with Fox news/talk (although there is a station with Fox Sports). Also, KNZR is 25 kW non-directional until their local sunset, which is around 9 p.m. or so ET, so it's definitely possible.

Gotta keep working on it. Gotta hope WFME doesn't come back on...

Geez, Bram gets KGOW, I get KNZR, and neither of us hears the other. Gotta love the propogation gods!!
