VoA - 9460, 04/07, *1100 - 1200*Z

Caught a weak signal just signing on w/ "Yankee Doodle", followed by the EE anmt "from Washington, DC" and into (assumed) Chinese. From 1115 to about 1130 signal was jammed by variable tones and noises, otherwise in the clear.

Program ended at 1200Z. At 1215 I heard a bit of jamming (repeat of the last hour!) but it didn't last more than a few seconds.

Presume a site in SE Asia (Tinian? Philippines?). [do we still have a xmtr site in the Philippines?]

Overall condx are not too good lately.. :(

America needs a sense of humor...
