Largely unintelligible commentary; he appears to be speaking in Hindi or another middle eastern language, or else his accent is too heavy to decipher. More middle eastern music at 2136. All India Radio ID at about 2139. 2240, legacy phone beeps and message. 2241, SSTV with red "e7" logo at 2143 and off. Good signal, s5.
