12/24, 2219, 6925usb. World War II-era Christmas radio message from President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Off at 2229. Back on at 2231 with another presidential wartime Christmas radio message. Star Spangled Banner at 2237, and off. Fair to good signal, s3/s5.
