12/19, 2159, 6935usb. Someone talking about transmitters with occasional accompanying fart sounds. Appears to be an interview with someone from the FCC, as they're talking about serving warrants on pirate radio operators. SSTV at 2209 decodes as "Pirate Fart RADIO." Good signal, s5.
