Skippy Radio on 6925 02:08 7/6

Probably the same thing here at 02:08 on 6925 USB; rock tune, then SSTV, then somewhat
philosophical talkover to s/off at 02:20. Didn't have the courtesy to voice ID.

Back on at 02:23:38 with same talker.

ID per HFU post. Unusual good sig for them.
