UNID on 6930 USB at 20:31 12/16

Odd music at tune-in, barely above QRN.

20:35 improving some; sounds like spooky music with yelling.

20:38 gravel-voice ancr into dramatic bit then Hark the Herald.

Appears to have gone off a touch after 20:45 after a tinkle tune.
Too bad, was coming up nicely.
