This an over the top pirate station, upper sideband, with well modulated 10 khz audio bandwidth, along with a continuous scroll of waterfall IDs for SDR users! I can only imagine what it takes technically to do this, all within 15 khz bandwidth.
The one mix looks like it's written like Meow Mix, not really when I look at some images, but that's what I thought.
