High natural noise levels. 45233 on the SDR in northern Maine.

Sound like one of the more old time pirate stations; some thought has been put into the programming.

1821 - "The Ultraman Show" and the story of the Good Samaritan being told by youngsters.

1824 - 50's style rock.

1828 - gmail address given. Can't quite make it out because the atmospherics are pretty bad.
