OK dear listeners
Thanks for the responses. I should have known better than to throw something on the air thinking no one would tune in. I was running a test on 6955 to feel how it propagates and heard my test signal on several KIWIs. And I was too lazy to put out audio from a different source. So the audio you guys heard was from my tiny AM STEREO radio station on 1620khz.
I will use this wonderful FRN forum for guidance where the fingers are tuning and hope the night I plan a real show that the magic happens to play some wild music. Eventually KRAP will be re-imagined after my earlier attempt at this in the late 90's. We used services that would connect the broadcaster to the listener to send QSL's. Mine was something called "Blue Summit????" And I will be using a Proton.me for email. ROKFRED
Hopefully in JULY I will be in AM STEREO using C-QUAM.
For now it will be the highest quality AM sound I can make.
I have a friend making QSL cards that can be sent as attachment in email.
Looking forward to bring back some memories of radio fun.
