Cool to hear the Bob Marley show. I don't listen to Bob or reggae nearly enough, but those songs sounded good! Spectrum showed audio out to 2700 hz, bass down to 45 hz

As for the transmitter staying cooler, my guess is that the duty cycle on reggae is lower, so your tubes aren't heating up as much.
