The deep bass is what makes them stand out. The signal strength seems to be pretty constant, where Cuba seems to be the bigger variable that either overtakes them or fades and allows them to come through. If others aren't hearing this, it could be a more local or even Part-15 station?

I haven't tried on other Kiwi radios in the region, maybe next time I hear them I'll do more poking around.
