Sounds like a produced news piece like you might hear on shortwave. At times mixing with the station in Hudson County. Can't hear many words at all, just going by the cadence and flow of the speaking, and deep male voices that have bass.

19:17 Mention of 'March Of Dimes'

19:26 Kettle drums. Buying a bicycle, buying a bike for a child, Hearing CW code in there too, maybe a mediumwave beacon.

19:29 '.. combat officer.. ? it would be easier.. General Evans .. ? Sounds like radio play.

19:32 Taken the bridge, delay .. captain.. and what's your alternative, ? Major.. answer me ..

19:34 Kettle drums, 'Laboratories .. PSA .. keep up the wood work, make sure electrical products are used for their intended use .. a public service of Underwriter's Laboratories, and this station.' '

19:48 PSA with phone number by female, into orchestra horns, theme. Into easy listening instrumental like 1970s beautiful music.

20:00 ID and mission: "Serving your local area with the great songs and the great stars, this is the Community Radio Network, a service of independent stations. If you have a comment or suggestion(?) about our programs, or if you'd like to request a song.." (information). We look forward to hearing from you." Time check, "Good evening to you, the time is 8 pm". U.S.O. PSA. Into Viewpoint, with Ronald Reagan.

Audio: Note the CW code in the first few minutes. Second part is the top-of-hour ID.

Community Radio Networl

Frequency tolerance is good, seemed rock solid, 2-3 hz off from what Hudson is on, and it stayed put.

Cool to hear something like this, even if it might be Part-15!
