11/25, 1525, 6925usb. Black Swan Radio International. Upbeat dance/prog/techno music, abruptly cut shortly after tune in, audio cutting out occasionally for a few seconds. Robot ID at 1529 repeated twice, "This is Swan. We are broadcasting in the 43 meter band for western Europe". 1533, ID "This is Black Swan" mixed with music. At 1552, robot message, "We are now redirecting to the 31 meter band, nine thousand three hundred fifty five kilohertz". s7/s9, very good.
