Distorted UNID on 12025 2110 8/8

Hauser suggested this might have been a pirate:

UNKNOWNIA: 12025, 2110-2205+, 8/8; Mostly EZL instr’ls w/some
EE vocals; some vocals sounded like Enya. Very distorted;
spur from somewhere? No // found on 25 m. Missing in LSB &
harsh garble in USB. Continued past 2200 w/o break. No Aoki/
EiBi listing for 12025 at this time. If this was a test, it
failed miserably. 2202:21 blaaaaat & twitter burst QRM.
