Well, if a station doesn't ID, there's not much that can be done about that, unless an op has slipped-out that they have done the broadcast. Word on da' street is that there's a bunch a folks that broadcast as UNID's and go on-line to various Kiwi-SDR stations to find out where they are getting out. So, a lot of these UNID's out there may just be test stations. Kind of sucks, but that appears to be the growing trend in SW pirate stations today in North America.
