Aw man, that is really sad, (if it's verified to be true, and one has to watch on line, where there are a zillion and one death hoaxes).

It's detailed and looks legitimate though. A person of many accomplishments, and we had many worthwhile phone calls and e-communications on line about electronics, radio production, antennas and new ideas about how to use radio. We even discussed pets, and when he got a new black Labrador in the 2000s, I think the Dog's name might have been Bo.

We had plans to meet at some point, at a radio gathering or hamfest, and I wanted to visit to see his pup sometime, but we never got that together.

Later on he had issues with health, and his medication causing mental problems on top of it, but what a 'doer' in life. Some folks are out there to do big things, and it's good to know them and be inspired.
