I looked for reports of someone hearing the TIS earlier this week, but haven't seen any logs of it, it would seem to be a good DX target, if they run it at night. They're almost like a Part-15 station, but with more power. I wonder if they could have used Part-15 AM? They probably wouldn't want to, Hamvention would be a big promotion for TIS stations, in front of hams who could suggest them to local governments one day!
