It is happening, and will probably close-up this weekend, when that nasty cold spell comes through.Late at night, try doing a rescan on your OTA TV and see what new TV stations come through. Last night, every Weather FREQ was hopping from Central KY and Central OH on the scanner. So, the Tropo seems to be happening. YEA!!!!!!
