      had to ‘reconstruct’ it (thus the color change) & I can’t
      really make out what the lower, smaller text is supposed
      to say, but, unusual for a pirate to use MFSK rather than

      100% despite the rather marginal audio & occasional deep

     speech bubble, "Hellifino Radio" on bottom), repetitive
     atmospheric music, series of waterfall images (didn't

2/4, 2131, 6920u/U; on Barrington Hills IL sdr, weak S5 signal
     at S5 noise level, heard music then @2132 heard woman
     giving ID but I couldn't understand it, then what sounds
     like rap music, at 2234 sounds like a speech by FDR, signal
     now up to S7, at 2235 blues-rock playing over FDR possibly
     two stations on at same time on same freq and indeed that's

     a program of indie rock and DJ Dickweed talking between

     low, maybe from western USA, but no HFU reports of it at

THROW BACK 90s RADIO:

2/5, 0208-0248, 1720; 2108 EST EE POOR-FAIR Heard after Under
     Cover Radio left the air. Signal much weaker than Under
     Cover, so I am guessing it was not the same Transmitter?
     Bits & pieces of Audio, mostly music from 2108 EST. Some
     nice Peaks & deep fading. Techno-Pop Music 2125-2148 EST.
     Audio during any talk was very weak. Not able to hear any
     ID. Others on HF Underground say this was “Throw Back 90’s
     Radio”. They must have had a better signal than I did! NEW
     STN if indeed Throw Back 90’s Radio ROSS, ON

COMMENTARIOS

Ron Hunsicker: "10 Watts and a Wire" is a pretty good name for
a pirate radio station.  Busy week.

Bram Stoker: Too many UNIDs (ID every few minutes); too many
music only pirates (air a variety); too many microphonically
challenged pirates (say something, it’s radio).
