VoA1 - 11720, 11/06, to 1530*

Very strong signal here with pop music (mostly hip-hop), s/off anmt cut off the ancr of the music show.

A check of short-wave.info doesn't show any VoA xmsns on the frequency at any time. Mistake or xmtr warm-up?
