Sung anthem; barely moving S-meter, but O=3. Went off at 0558 & not heard on any of the other reported freqs. Came on at 0452, 2/14 with same repeated sung anthem.

CGA984 in Essex county ON, Canada logged today on 10306 & 14590 with digihiss & CW IDs. Never heard of these till recently; apparently for business/bank trades/transfers. Reportedly, there's one on 20152...not heard.
