Okay, there is a broadcast station there from Brazil. On top of that are periodic bursts of data. On top of all that are slow tones, a "numbers" station I've heard recordings of but this is a first for me hearing it live. I don't know who/what it is. It's sequences of short tones lasting about a tenth of a second each at various frequencies, probably representing bits of data.by RockinRick - Other logs
Great signal into NE Illnois on the peaks but with very deep fades, goes to silence, unstable. Frequency is a pinch high, 10Hz or so. The Congos Something by TV On The Radio Iggy Pop/Teddybears - other stations suck U2 Listening for quite a while now, finally trying C-QuAM, it's tough with the fades and noise but it works.
