I'd say to use SDR # (pronounced SDR sharp) and the Zadig driver package.

There's a complete autoinstall package. Go to [sdrsharp.com] and look for sdr-install.

That ought to get you started. That'll give you a nice little receiver for the range the device covers bareback...
