users.netonecom.net] This is what I've tuned mine up to a while ago and it does indeed make a difference. If you don't have a signal generator, but have weak FM stations through out the FM band, and the same with weak AM daytime stations (Not night propagated ones.), it's possible to tune up to them. (Just be sure you have a before and after comparison of stations' receptions afterwards, beginning, middle, and end of AM / FM bands.) However, hopefully everyone here has a decent DC Voltmeter. You'll certainly need that.
