Yeah, I've got a DX398 that I used for outside sleuthing (finding nothing), but I never thought about trying it indoors. That's a good idea and since we're about to have a major sn*wstorm I may have a couple days to do it. Might be faster to simply turn off the UPS while listening to the warble, however.

Took a while but at least I've got it narrowed down. Finally...
