Just for the hell of it, I was check out how bad night time propagation was on my old FREQ 600KHz, and went a bit beyond that. Found something really weird on 570KHz AM, 9PM EST my time. A station with one hell of an audio hum, but could hear within it a time tone like WWV's and mono toned Spanish announcement. Por desgracia, yo no hablo español. So damned if I no what was being announced. Unfortunately, I have a 580AM close by in my area, and even at their night time power, I was still getting splatter from it ,even with tuning further away from that and going 2KC narrow. So, hopefully some of ya'll can hear this better than I can and post what ya hear. Happy DX'ing! What ever it is.
