1710khz, Outer Banks, NC is buzzing with all kinds of signals. Got a preacher in New Orleans (or at least he says he is) some Spanish that is ID'ing as "New York" and it seems that every evening around Greyline time, something new pops in. Lot of TIS stations on 1700 but 1710 is purely illegals. Heard one on 1720 back in March but haven't heard anything again that high up. 1710khz seldom disappoints for some off the wall signal when we're out riding to the store or to see friends.
