Right after WRCR dropped to night power I heard occasional bits of a HAR station fading in and out through their signal. At one such peak it was mentioned that they were in Arlington, VA. Never did get a callsign.

Hard to believe that this is a ten-watt xmtr with a restricted length antenna! Is this new?

America needs a sense of humor...
