WFIL 560 AM out of Philly was another hot station right next to WMCA on 570, I listened to both of them.

I read that Dick Clark DJ'd on WFIL radio in the 50's. Don't recall hearing him but Long John Wade was a name I remember.

Danny Stiles (Music Museum) was another great radio host. WNYC 820 used to play taped shows of him on Saturday night till this yr.

WABC - Dan Ingram was one wild guy. Cousin Brucie was "the" man across America in his day. But Dan was a blast to listen to. He always found a way to say something between the lines w/o being censored, good adult humor.
